Facilities
We have a children's play area in the patinet lounge with a selection of colouring materials and toys. Tea, coffee and water are available for patients. Music and television are useful to help our patients to relax in the surgery whilst having their mouth cared for. Thje surgeries are located on the ground floor to allow easy access for patients with difficulties with stairs.
Emergency care
Patients of the practice who have a dental emergency when the practice is not open should telephone 01654 824466 and a recorded message will give details of how to reach the on call dentist. This dentist will provide telephone advice and treatment where it cannot safely be delayed until the practice is open again.
Missed appointments
If you are not able to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice to enable us to offer the appointment to toher patients who may be waiting. If less than 24 hours notice is given a charge may be based on the length of the appointment |
